These Pilot locations show a lack of respect for truck drivers. Charging $17 for a shower and making a driver wait over two and a half hours—while showers sit empty simply because there isn't enough staff to clean them—is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You pay for a basic service but don't even get the minimum level of care that the price warrants. And don't get me started on the food sold at these places: high prices and quality far below expectations. We truck drivers spend hours and days on the road; we deserve respect, cleanliness, and decent service. Pilot ought to focus more on improving the driver experience, given that they rely on us truckers to buy their fuel.

...nice. clean. looks "clean". And then, I asked for an extra towel. I was told because management had to step in on a "situation", NOONE could get an extra towel anymore. So, ONE person out of HUNDREDS is going to cancel the option for an extra towel.....Really? SAD AND PATHETIC. (clarification: I asked for an extra towel because I have extra long hair and I use the extra towel for my hair and the other towel for my body.) So, in conclusion, I will AVOID this place in the future. I have no time for puny, petty people. Edit: apparently they don't know how to clean corners either. And there is HAIR on the toilet seat...shirt, black hair--very obviously NOT mine.

Great Pilot Flying J... Well stocked, friendly, professional service (Heather is great)... Lots of parking, EV charging station... Going with 4 1/2 stars, outside needs to be cleaned up a bit... Otherwise, a go to stop on your travels!

This Flying J received 1 star and that’s because the young lady had no help. Dirty showers and no Dennys which shows up as a restaurant. I waited for hours to get a shower and walked in to this. I will revisit this place to see if it has improved.
